Since 1992, I have had the privilege of assisting new and existing members of the Fredericksburg area community with their real estate needs. As a managing real estate broker, some of the many hats I wear regularly include negotiator, educator, coach, cheerleader, tour guide, psychologist, resource, and friend and I enjoy each one of them. I have aligned myself with a brokerage that provides the latest real estate tools available along with the resources to utilize them and I strive to continually educate myself and those I work with by attending classes, reading and/or listening to podcasts daily so that I may share this knowledge with others. Community involvement brings me much joy and has allowed me to meet and interact with many. For relaxation, I can be found jogging through the streets of downtown Fredericksburg, swinging my golf clubs at an area golf course or tasting a new menu item at one of the many downtown restaurants. I regularly seek out “The Helper’s High” that comes from enhancing someone else through small acts of kindness which has earned me the nickname “sunshine” by several peers.
